Welcome to Villa Topaz

Villa Topaz is set in a beautiful tranquil setting surrounded by Lemon groves and Mountain views.  It is just 30 minutes from Dalaman Airport and transfers are available upon request.  The Villa is fully equipped with Patio Area, kirsch, Pool-side kitchen, BBQ and Shower surrounding the large Swimming Pool.  All Bedrooms are equipped with Air Conditioning.

The ground floor apartment consists of 3 Double Bedrooms a fully equipped Kitchen and separate lounge with Dining area and a bathroom with Shower and Jacuzzi Bath.  The apartment also enjoys balconies to 3 sides of the Villa.  This apartment also benefits from a TV with DVD player and a stereo.

The 1st floor apartment consists of 3 Double Bedrooms (1 with twin beds), all en-suite, a fully equipped Kitchen and Dining area.  The apartment also enjoys balconies to 3 sides of the Villa.

The 2nd floor is a 1 Double Bed roomed apartment which sleeps 4 people and is en-suite with a fully equipped Kitchen, Lounge and Dining Area.  There is also a balcony to enjoy the views around.

The apartments are available for rent individually or the whole villa may be rented for large parties.

There is a maid service twice-a-week, Ali our local Professional Turkish Chef is available to Prepare and cook traditional Turkish Cuisine and BBQ's at your request for reasonable rates.  Mumtaz our Private Boat man is also at your disposal for Boat Trips to IzTuzu Beach and fishing on the Beautiful lake Köyceğiz, where he will cook lunch, all you have to do is relax and enjoy the beautiful scenery of Dalyan.
